At Scranton Cleaners, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A re-clean of the affected area, or

  • A partial refund (if applicable)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed

  • There was a significant issue with quality

  • The complaint is reported within 24 hours

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or heavily stained areas that cannot be restored

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of service completion

  • Services that were completed as agreed

  • Change of mind after service has been delivered

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund (if pre-paid)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds and Re-Cleans

If a service does not meet the agreed standards, we may offer a re-clean at no extra cost or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation. Refunds are considered when services were not performed as described or if significant areas were missed.

Exceptions and Processing

​Refunds are generally not available for changes of mind, natural wear and stains, or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or access issues. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
