At Scranton Cleaners, we aim to provide exceptional cleaning services every time. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can promptly address your concerns.

Refunds and Re-Cleans

If a service does not meet the agreed standards, we may offer a re-clean at no extra cost or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation. Refunds are considered when services were not performed as described or if significant areas were missed.

Exceptions and Processing

Refunds are generally not available for changes of mind, natural wear and stains, or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or access issues. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
